Taylor MacDonald

Taylor is a 15 year veteran of the finance industry, and has worked in Vancouver, London, and New York on both the buy side (fund management) and sell side (equity capital markets).  He is presently the Founder and Partner of Caerus Capital, a financial ideation and investment focused primarily on innovation and resources. He is also graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a CFA Charterholder and a Director of STAND, a scholarship foundation for youth at risk. Taylor is also director of public markets and fundraising for the Gravity Network, a San Diego-based technology accelerator. Taylor is a founding member of the Silicon Valley Blockchain Society (SVBS) and founding chair of SVBS Canada.

Ryan “Boz” Bozajian 

Ryan “Boz” Bozajian began his career in entertainment, lending his talents and technical skills to feature films at companies such as American Zoetrope, Lucasfilm / Industrial Light & Magic, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Radium, Pixomondo, Mirada, and Crafty Apes. As a visual effects artist, lead tool developer, pipeline architect, and supervisor, Ryan had the privilege of working directly with such film industry legends as Francis Ford Coppola, Walter Murch, Dennis Muren, Guillermo Del Toro and many others. Over the years Ryan also founded multiple media production companies and led teams on set and in post on commercials and online content as a flame operator, visual effects supervisor, creative director and producer. He brings his many years of blending creative, technical and business roles into the realm of technology with a keen eye for top talent, disruptive methodologies, and most of all, a potent vision of the emerging tech landscape. Ryan is a founding member of the Silicon Valley Blockchain Society.

Rob Shewchuk

Based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Rob is the CEO of Yat Group Inc, President of Hammell Road Innovation Corporation, Partner at Caerus Capital and an Advisory Board Member at ICOx Innovations.
Rob began his career as an Equities Trader on the floor of the Alberta Stock Exchange in 1995 for Yorkton Securities Inc.  Rob became a licensed broker at Yorkton in 1998 and worked on the Equities desk through 2004. Rob left Yorkton in 2004 and joined Standard Securities Capital Corporation where he became Chairman in 2006.  Rob merged Standard Securities with Wolverton Securities Ltd in 2009 with more than $1 Billion in assets under management. Rob was a Director of Wolverton Securities until 2016 when it was purchased by PI Financial Corp with over $6 Billion in assets under management.  Rob has been Lead/Co-lead or Financial Advisor to more than 70 transactions since 1999.

Anita Has Dimitropoulos - COO

Anita holds a BSc in Computer Engineering and a Lean Six Sigma certification. Consulting to Mercedes-AMG in Germany, to TransCanada and to various telecommunication companies, Anita brings extensive business and technical engineering expertise.
